Had a great time staying here for the Carnival! The dining salons were magnificent and the pool area was a splendid way to unwind after a day of festivities. The breakfast was generous and imaginative, offering a variety of tasty options. One downside was the quirky bathroom design that made it a bit tricky to navigate, and the room view was less than ideal with the heavy blackout shade needing to be up at all times. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would still consider returning for the vibrant atmosphere during Carnival time.

This place is super unique with its historic building vibes. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly delicious! I really enjoyed the hot chocolate and chicken empanadas. Service was kinda hit or miss. Some staff were friendly, but a few had an attitude problem. The bathroom in my room could use a little sprucing up too.

However, the hotel urgently needs modernization. rooms showed signs of wear and tear, and some amenities were out of order. Service was inconsistent, with certain staff lacking a welcoming attitude. While the location is safe and conveniently near a shopping center, the overall experience may not justify the cost for future visits.

The pool area was a real treasure for the little ones, providing a splendid place for them to splash around while the adults relaxed. The friendly staff spoke English well, which made our stay so much easier with the kids. The breakfast was generous and varied, keeping everyone satisfied.

In my wife’s opinion, the room furniture was quite outdated.

I had a delightful stay during Carnaval. The breakfast included delicious omelettes and traditional arepas. I was impressed by the maintenance staff who promptly fixed a minor issue in my room. The friendly front desk staff offered great local tips to maximize my visit. Highly recommend!
